Kalopisti Sappheire began as a simple manor house looking down over the seaside city and renowned Stadium Cronion, but over the past generation, it has seen extensive remodeling by the order of the current baron, Diogenes. Including two sprawling wings branching off the original manor’s footprint, it is designed to accommodate the large Kassotis family and entertain as many people as possible in the courtyard visible beyond the gates. Although allegedly named after a particularly famous hetaria, it is the kalopisti’s iconic blue-painted roof-tiles and designs that some citizens belief to actually be encrusted with sapphires that give it the name.
