Well technically, Kreios begged to differ. One could wash blood from hair, or any part of one's body really, with sand to a certain extent. And the hot springs weren't the only place with water available... but that was an argument he wasn't ready to make for now. It would seem the man was just being crochety for the sake of it, just to seek an argument, and once he noticed that, he bit his tongue, especially when the newly discovered woman now decided to wade out of the water, apparently without care for her disrobed state.
Kreios chose not to stare, even if he could. Obviously with the woman's disregard for her own state, there was no need for why Kreios had to respect her privacy... but it was in his nature. The man did things by the rule and law, and the only thing that drew the line to him being called an absolute gentleman, was that he also followed the law when it came to death and punishment. If one did a mistake, an appropriate punishment should follow, at least in Kreios's world. Death was not a boundary at all - as long as the ends befitted the means.
Raising a brow when Lukos finally spoke - or laughed, really - once the woman had dissapeared, despite himself, Kreios gave a snort of laughter as well. "I wouldn't say monster, but yes, you did miss a chance. I'm assuming she would've fetched a pretty price if you got your hands on her for sale." he muttered. For a brief moment, Kreios considered the offer given by the pirate - it wouldn't be the first time he got a chance to earn some good coin, and Kreios was nothing if not motivated by gold. Yet selling a human being went against his morale, even if he bought slaves himself. The idea of catching one for a sale however, brushed him up the wrong way, and instead, the man just shrugged.
"Can't do, you're on your own with that one." he replied finally, pulling himself out the water to grab the sheet of cloth he brought to dry himself. "The armor I wouldn't mind though. And if you need a sale, I know someone in Taengea who would pay handsomely for her," the man had his connections, his clientele both in upper and lower ends of societies. "But I'm out of trapping her for you like a rabbit."

"I wouldn't say monster, but yes, you did miss a chance. I'm assuming she would've fetched a pretty price if you got your hands on her for sale." Kreios drawled in his onerous way of speaking. Lukos would not be deterred. He looked after Kairos again and shook his head, pointing back at his nude companion.
“No, no, I do say monster. Out of myth and legend. If that’s a woman, I’m a grasshopper.”
But Kreios was having none of it, it seemed. "Can't do, you're on your own with that one."
Lukos dunked under the water again, finishing up his own washing as Kreios pulled himself out of the water and began to dry off. By now, Kairos was well out of sight and Lukos watched the place where she’d disappeared. Ah well. It was a moot point now and he hauled himself out of the water, grabbing for his own sheet from his roll of fresh clothes and drying off his hair while listening to Kreios go on about the armor.
“She wouldn’t be a rabbit,” he countered, dropping the sheet to put on his pants. “More like a boar.” His voice was a little muffled as he pulled on his shirt but at last he was dressed and clean and dry. Even with the strange encounter with the Amazon Woman, he felt that this little dip in the springs had been worth it. “I might take you up on that contact about armor, though. I’ve got some I need to offload somewhere.”
Stooping down to take his dirty clothes under his arm, he gave Kreios a half wave. “I’m off to bigger and better things. See you later, flea bag.” And with that, he left, wandering through the springs until he came to the steps that led down and away from the hot springs area. On his way back, he laughed to himself a little bit. His life was perfectly strange and he liked it that way. Definitely he’d never call it boring.
