The young Colchian soldier, @maleos is defeated by professional fighter, gladiator @lesley . That leaves the final bout between the painted man from Athenia and the visiting Taengean noble @achilleas .

Without a home champion in the running the crowd are forced to pitch their support in a different direction, and the final match seems a closely matched one. At one point, it appears as though the gladiator might have the best of his opponent, but then in a moment no one seems to be able to explain, the Taengean manages to pin the gladiator, and eventually a victory to @achilleas is declared, both men ready to retire from the ring bloodied and exhausted.

Now spectators and competitors alike drink to the God of War and either celebrate their victories or drown their sorrows. The Heavy Weight Champion for this year has been decided.
