Staff Team StructuresHey all! Okay, as you are all aware, we've been holding application periods for people to apply to become a part of our staff team here at Aeipathy. Taking into consideration the apps we've had, how the staff teams are put together and how we can move forward as a growing community, I would like to make the following changes public before I then approach applicants with the offer for their new roles, just so that everyone is fully informed going in... Our normal Staff Team is not changing, although they are no longer going to be referred to as "Moderators". Our main staff team will either be referred to as 'staffers' or 'heads'... e.g. Community Head. Our Mentor Team will keep the title 'Mentors', or Networking Team will be referred to as 'Moderators' and the Kingdom Story-Tellers (I told you the name was pending...) will be Kingdom 'Managers'. Please note that the above will slowly be filled in as and when we need them. At the moment, these areas of responsibility are either not being utilised or they are being managed by our head Staff Team. Until this becomes a problem or we feel the need to add in additional Network systems and such, we will not be filling these positions unless required. If you applied for a staffing role with us here on Aeipathy, please watch your DMs over the next few days as we'll be contacting everyone to let them know if they've been successful or not. |
