Lady Daniil of Marikas,
I hear the tides of change sweep quickly over Athenian shores. Yet and still, I am assured that they do not keep pace with you. I wonder what one must do to earn shock in a place such as that. More curiously still, what must motivate one to take such action. I like to believe I understand what it requires to be unorthodox. Certainly not an undertaking for the light of heart.
I am intrigued, my Lady. My curiosity piqued. Do you think it forward that I write you? That I should inquire further after your life and exploits? Perhaps it is so. You must forgive me. I have never been the one in my family insist on protocols. In the end I determined that I can only present myself as I am, and this is the best that I know how. I shall hope to hear from you.
