Leni,
Please forgive my lack of formalities within this message. I only had a few moments to compose this and as I am sure you can already tell, stringing together flowery words have never been a strong suit of mine.
Regardless, my cousin sends her thanks for the return of her dress. I’m positive she will be pleased to see it brought back in such a well-cared for condition. However, although we are grateful for your kind act, this still does mean that you are still left with a damaged dress and nothing to replace it with. As I am the one to be blamed for its current state, I must insist on replacing it with one of the same quality, if not higher due to all the trouble I put you through.
I’m far from an expert on fabrics, embroideries, and all the other necessary things that go into such a task. I say we meet in the market in the market in one week’s time, just before midday. I will be waiting near the stall selling little pots and other earthenwares, near the market’s center. You can’t miss it, the merchant is larger than a cow, and his mustache is curled in such a peculiar way that there is no mistaking who he is. It’s closer to the center of the market if you can’t find him.
Though, I am sure I will find you first, either way. It wouldn’t be easy to lose you in a crowd. You are quite an unforgettable lady, Miss Zelenia of Eubocris.
Needless to say, I eagerly await seeing you again.
