To Sir Alexandros,
I would say that you heard correctly, that letters do help budding friendships grow when people are seperated, though for how your words come across, it does come as a surprise that this isn't a common thing for you. You seem very well adapted to the practice, that is for sure. I am glad to hear that Poseidon bless your journey and kept you and my brothers safe. Though a little rain would have been ok too, atleast on the day you all left.
Hearing about court and drills remind me of how things are at home, not like what I have heard and seen with people lost in wine and food. Are you having any fun at all or is it always all work? Well we shall have to change that when you all come home, Alexandros. You owe me another match, and one of these times, I will win.
Your friend,
Athanasia of Kotas
