Vasia couldn’t believe she was actually doing this. As she pressed her lips against those of the strange boy with the good shoes, she was wondering how exactly it had come to this. At least it was for charity.
There was no suggestion of anything approaching tongue, thank God, and the blonde was grateful that he was well- mannered, flashing him a smile as he sauntered off to find his barman. She was more than ready to saunter off herself, but it seeemed her trial was not yet over and so after shooting a look at Beth that demanded there be another martini waiting by the time she did make her escape, Vasia turned her focus to the young man who stepped on to the stage
He looked vaguely familiar though she couldn’t place where she might know him from, but the blonde smiled at the compliment, laughing a little. “That’s sweet, but you know how this works don’t you?Let me clue you in, I’m a sure thing”
She didn’t think she needed to answer his ‘Ready’ and so met his kiss, the taste of freedom tantalisingly close now. He was a nice enough kid, but Vasia’s tastes ran to those a little more sophisticated, and so she was already moving to break the kiss when there was some catcall from the crowd, and the blonde pulled back, one brow arched as she scanned the crowd for the source. Returning her gaze to Adrestus, she gave a shrug and slid off the stool. “Well one of us is popular, but I’ve done my time now. Best of luck to you, Adrestus”
Stepping off the stage, she returned to her friend and that well-earned cocktail, fully intending to make her exit sooner rather than later.

It was probably a bad idea. He was supposed to be at some bullshit work placement thing in the morning, and if he was gonna get there on time then he was going to have to get up at stupid o’fucking clock. But, Sil reasoned as he gave the girl at the door a wink along with his name, if this night turned into anything, maybe he just wouldn’t go to bed.
It was some charity thing, not necessarily his usual choice of evening entertainment but when Mihail had told him it was basically a glorified kissing booth, it hadn't been too hard to persuade him. Threading through the crowd, Sil spotted the other man and took a detour via the bar to get things kicked off on the right foot.
“Tequila x 3” he said, propping his elbows on the bar and scanning the room for any other familiar faces. Urgh. What was Tim doing here? If anyone was likely to rain on Sil’s parade it was his interfering elder brother. Making a note of the other’s position, Sil decided just to give him a wide berth. Let Tim go spoil someone else’s night. “ Hang on, not that shit” Catching sight of the decidedly bottom shelf spirit that was being poured, Sil shook his head. “Nah. The gran patron.” He rummaged in his pocket for a fistful of bills for a tip, left too much but scooped up the three drinks and elbowed his way through to where Mihail had already accosted a stunning blonde. Huh. Sil was trying to play catch up on drinks, but he wasn’t against sharing with those of her ilk, and so he grinned widely as he planted himself between them.
“I heard Valaoritis harassment. Whose in need?” Easily, Silanos passed off the shot glasses to Mihail and the blonde, turning the full force of his smile on her until he blinked and did a double take. “Nana? What the hell? Its been fucking ages, how’ve you been?” He shoved his glass at Mihail to hold so he could give her a hug, trying to remember, unsuccessfully, when he’d last seen the Leventi heiress. There had been dancing..possibly. “You look great sweetheart”
And then turning back to Mimi, he reclaimed his drink, knocked it back in one. “ What did I miss? Mihail are you wearing lipstick?”

Somra was excited for this event, any excuse to pull out one of her many designer dresses was a cause for celebration. That evening saw her dripping in silverish-white crystals, accented by a matching diamond bracelet on one wrist, and a custom made jewelry piece adorning the top of her left ear. Her long black hair was straightened and flowing down her back, and her silver coloured stilettos gave her a few inches of extra height, accenting her legs along with the large slit that ran up the left side of her dress.
She was dressed to kill, and with her rich husband left at home, she was hoping to find company in the arms of someone a lot closer to her age, at least for the night. In the morning she would return home, her husband none the wiser and Somra able to tolerate his company at least for a little longer before finding another lover.
She was fashionably late, as was to expected, and she stepped out of the town car, she made sure she looked good still, before entering the building, expecting eyes to be on her. She walked with an air of confidence, the young woman knowing that she was beautiful and not being afraid to flaunt it.
She made her way to the bar, ordering herself an expensive glass of red wine to start her night.

Adrestus turned and gave a grin towards his friend, Tim. He hadn’t noticed when he had walked into the event, but he was glad to see him. He laughed as they cheered him on, and Adrestus smiled as he appeared before Vasia. He was a kind man and complimented her, and smiled as she responded. “I’m sure you’re lovely at this then,” he replied. Adrestus leaned forward and kisses her on the lips, taking his time to really enjoy it. He then got distracted as he heard a specific male voice call out to them, and he didn’t even notice as Vasia seemed to slip away. He was too distracted to even say good bye to her.
It was Tim, a bottle in his hand, and Saro seemingly even more defiant. He hadn’t ever pictured Saro and Tim speaking, and in his mind, Tim didn’t even know about Saro- which made him even more upset. He recognized Tim’s posture and knew that they were all in for trouble. Adre was thankful for him, but he didn’t want anyone to get hurt. The man narrowed his eyes as a random stranger seemed to laugh as Tim and Saro got ready to fight, and they seemed almost... hoping one would start up. Sigh. Adrestus turned to face the crowd, and pointed over to Tim.
“Tim, my good friend, thank you. Sit down, I will handle this.” Adrestus voice was filled with seriousness, and he only hoped Tim would listen. “Saro, shut the FUCK up. This is a charity event!!” He seemed to raise his voice. “Don’t be selfish,” Adrestus folded his arms. “I will deal with you later, Saro!” He had it in his mind to tell Saro off. How could he, they were broken up! He was now physically filled with rage, embarrassment, but some how turned on. It was nice to know that Saro still had feelings for him, even without the connection that they once had. Adrestus turned away from Saro, and waited for the next announcement.

Hesiodos looked at the people on the building from the bar, wine glass in hand, pondering about the people amongst them that he banged before. He had a drink and saw… he banged that one, that one two, he made out with that one, he got high with that other one there, he got into a fight with that one… when one went around as much as him, one tended to know pretty much everyone.
He wore simple musician’s clothing – jeans, a black shirt with the Rolling Stones logo, and a denim vest filled with pins and patches of all types, almost completely covering the blue of the fabric. All he needed to complete the look was the case with his guitar, but that one was in his car, for when his musical services were required.
He loved going on tour, especially if it was for charity, and he was famous enough for the tickets to sell out and give tons of money to a good cause. But truth be told, he did it more for his love of music than anything else, even the money and helping others.
That was more or less why he joined this event, too. He gladly gave the fifty bucks to entry, the five bucks per kiss, and many more for more kisses: charity was good, but he did it for his own enjoyment. “Anything for charity, right darling?”, he said to Neena with a chuckle. Another big reason for him to attend was that his best friend in the world was coming too – she needed only to call or text him for him to go hang out with her.
The wine was good, too. He already drank a bit before arriving, but it never hurt to get a bit more intoxicated… unless you were like Saro. Hesiodos’ one-unforgetful-night lover seemed to be in a sour mood, about to fight someone he knew. The rockstar looked amused, already smelling a brawl happening. Not that he would participate, though; even though he was a good fighter, he made a promise to Neena to not to endanger himself like that.
“I wonder if my match will be beautiful…”, he pondered out loud, then gave his friend a half smirk, “I’m kind of jealous, though. Yours was really sexy… I wouldn’t mind having a chat with him.”

Saro hadn’t expected Adre’s friend to approach him, but he grit his teeth and stood his ground as he did, a dangerous look in his eyes as Tim spoke. He scoffed at his words.
“I suggest you back off, if you value that pretty face of yours the way it is now.” He said in a low threat, knowing that the weapons he had on him would be more than enough to ensure his victory in any fights that might happen.
“Keep your nose out of business you know nothing about.” He growled, geared up and ready to fight if Tim made the first move. They had a few eyes on them, but Saro didn’t care about any of them.
As Adre shouted at the two of them, Saro’s brown eyes looked up at his ex, before looking back at Tim.
“Count yourself lucky this time. You’d better hope I never run into you when he’s not here.” He threatened, wishing more than anything to deck the man in front of him right now for inserting himself in a situation he knew nothing about. It hurt to think that Adre might have made Saro out to be the bad guy in their break up, even though it was Adre who had left him with nothing but a short note and no explanation.
He considered punching Tim for just a moment longer before he pushed past the man and headed for the back corner of the bar, near the back door. He would wait there for Adre, and then when he was done making out with random people, they would talk whether his ex wanted to or not.

Lukos had been leaning against the bar, wine goblet in hand, staring at the epitome of idiotic in front of him. This was the best charity event he’d ever seen. He’d just turned around to ask the bartender for more win when his name was called. “Are you fucking serious?” He lifted an eyebrow and glanced at Adrestus. It was going to be just a little awkward to kiss someone he’d caused so much intentional emotional anguish, but, it was for charity. He drained the last of his wine, wiped his mouth with a bar napkin, and sauntered up to where Adrestus stood watching Saro off in the corner.
“Hey,” he snapped his fingers at Adresus to get the man’s attention. “Pucker up, buttercup.” A grin crossed his lips as he walked under the mistletoe and crossed his arms. “Remember,” he sneered. “It’s for charity and if you don’t do it, you’re an asshole.”
Did he care that he'd sank this guy's ship? No. Did he care that this man might be angry about that? No. Did he want to kiss this man? No. But Lukos wasn't a complete monster. It was charity for children. Who could say no to that?
Stepping forward, he reached out, grabbed Adrestus by the back of the neck, and planted the kind of kiss on this man he thought would annoy Adrestus most.

He was burning with frustration. His ex had caused quite a scene, and while he was flattered that the other still cared for him, he hadn’t expected nor wanted him to ruin his charity efforts. He was embarrased that Tim had to be involved, especially since in Adre’s mind, Tim didn’t know his connection to Saro. He didn’t want anyone to get hurt. So he stood there fuming, glancing quietly as Saro walked out of the event. He’d have to speak his mind with him later. He glanced over at the announcer, and had to hold himself together before he practically fainted. “Fuck!” He exclaimed, before looking over at Tim. Tim hadn’t been there… Tim hadn’t been there, but that was for sure the person who had destroyed his ship, and was the cause for Sokari’s disappearence. And he had to kiss him??? He folded his arms and wished he hadn’t caused Saro to go away.
He glared over at Lukos, his eyes full of hatred. He watched as Lukos stepped onto the stage, and Adrestus looked back over at Tim. “Tim….” He was cut off by Lukos’s words, and Adrestus looked back at the other man. Adrestus tried to remain calm, but it was obvious he wanted to kill the other right then and there. “Fuck you, Lukos.” Adrestus sneered, but he didn’t move. If they expected him to kiss the other, he wasn’t about to like it. Even so, in his mind he was planning more better things he wanted to do. such as hitting Lukos...
“I can live to be an asshole. You’ll stay a monster though.” But Lukos had a point. This was for charity, and the goodness of Adrestus’s heart slightly outweighed his selfish side. Slightly. He didn’t move a muscle as Lukos grabbed him, and Adrestus allowed Lukos to kiss him. It was cold, and Adrestus’s lips were very stiff. Adrestus hoped that counted. After the man had enough, Adrestus pulled away from the kiss and stepped back. He quickly wrapped his fingers in a fist and swung his arm as hard and fast as he could to Lukos’s nose, with every mind to punch him. “For Sokari!” Adrestus yelled out, his anger infused voice raising.

Lukos had a hunch that Adrestus didn't fight all that much or often. The other's body language practically screamed his intentions, which made it easy for Lukos to catch Adrestus's fist in his hand. He used the hold to twist the other's arm and throw him to the ground.
"You're an adult," he said scathingly. "At a charity event. Act like it." Honestly. He watched to make sure that Adrestus wasn't coming for him again, in case he needed to actually punch this man's face in, but he'd rather not. The fight was too pointless and he didn't remember who this Sokari was that Adrestus was yelling about in the first place. In short, Lukos didn't care about this fight at all. What he didn't want was punched in his nose. One, that hurt. Two, he liked his face just the way it was and didn't want a bump on his nose.
"Can we get another kisser in here?" Lukos called out, shielding his eyes against the glare of a light. "One prettier? And less dramatic?"

Timaeus didn’t know that the stand-off between himself and the pirate was causing quite a scene. In truth, he thought his actions would have had quite the opposite effect. He honestly believed that everyone else would see his confrontation as nothing more than someone telling the heckler to cool it and turn back to whatever fancy cocktail they were nursing that evening. He just wasn’t aware that half of the room was practically taking bets on who would be the winner of the fight that seemed almost certain to break out.
He didn’t make things any easier either when he continued to glare at Saro when the man tried to intimidate Tim. Truthfully, the Valaoritis man didn’t think too much of the threats made by the biker who seemed intent on ruining everyone’s evening. This was a charity event, after all. No one was twisted enough to bring weapons to this sort of thing and if they were, they couldn’t be stupid enough to actually draw them. Saro especially as surely he could see that if he slashed Tim’s face like he implied to be willing to do, there wouldn’t be a chance in hell that Adre would give the other man the time of day.
After all, unlike Saro, Timaeus had been there for the sailor through thick and through thin.
Saro could act unbothered all he wanted, but the sheer fact that he was taking issue with Adre’s kiss made it clear to Tim that the other man still had some unresolved feelings for the Nikolaos.
That much was pretty much confirmed when Saro continued to threaten Tim, this time striking a blow against what the man knew of the fallout between Adre and Saro. It was true, Timaeus knew nothing of what happened between the men. He only saw the effect that the gaping Saro-sized hole that had been left in the biker’s wake. That made it Tim’s business. He wasn’t going to stand idly by and let that heartbreak happen all over again when he had the so-called obvious version of events in front of him.
“ You hurt him. Do you really think I’m going to let you ruin his fun after that with your butthurt, jealous antics?” Tim hissed at the other man as the crowd watching them grew to include the one-man both of them claimed to know better. Adre himself broke the stand-off between the ex-boyfriend and best friend by calling out for Tim to stand down. For a moment, he thought about ignoring Adre as he didn’t trust Saro to back down without some sort of heavy-handed threat to show him out the door. But he didn’t want to have to let Adre deal with breaking up the fight that was clearly brewing between the two men.
“ He’s bad news Adre.” Timaeus said in a low growl as he heeded his friend’s words and forced himself to turn away from Saro. Oh, how he wished that he could quip back something about the biker needing to take the same warning. He couldn’t though now that Adre was watching, so Tim turned back towards the bar, hoping that he would be able to cool his temper with the help of some vodka.
However, before he could even place his order, the next kisser was called out and Tim was suddenly frozen from sheer shock. They can’t be serious? He silently thought as a joyous cry came up from the crowd as the first same-sex kiss was called. Maybe Tim might have joined in if it had been someone other than him. Lukos of Magnemea. The one who, as far as the boys knew, killed the Sokari.
They aren’t really going to make...
His thought was answered before he could even finish the thought as Tim watched in horror as Lukos sauntered up to the stage where Adre stood, as pale as a ghost. The Valaoritis’s stormy blue eyes locked with his friends as the younger lad mouthed his best friend’s name as a cry for help. Timaeus was instantly on the move, trying to worm his way through the crowd to get to Adre and pull him away. However, before he could even get there, Tim saw Lukos pull Adre close for the dreaded kiss. Tim grimaced at the sight, knowing full well how much pain it was surely causing his friend. Hell, just even watching from down here was unbearable.
He slowed a bit, having failed to protect his friend in time. However, he should have kept moving as Adre decided the best course of action after the kiss ended was to slug Lukos right across the face. Timaeus dropped his drink as he practically ran to the stage and physically pulled Adre off of Lukos, not caring that the Pirate had already brought the fight to an end. Adre was scrappy and Tim knew that a caught fist was hardly going to stop him from trying to land in a few blows.
“ What the hell has gotten into you?” Timaeus shouted in exasperation as he wormed his arms through Adre’s, pinning them behind the sailor’s back so that he couldn’t try to hit anyone else. Caring little for how it looked and instead of being far more concerned with the safety of his friend, he pulled Adre away from Lukos and led Adre off the stage, straight towards the back entrance. Tim dropped Adre’s arms once he was sure that the other man wasn’t going to dash off and try to hit Lukos again.
Once the two men were outside, safely away from the likes from Saro and Lukos; Timaeus turned on Adre and yelled incredulously “ This is a charity event! You can’t just start decking people! What the hell were you thinking?!”
Nevermind the fact that Timaeus had almost nearly done the same thing. It was far more worrying that the peaceful Adre was being provoked to such violence and Timaeus was not going to let Adre go back inside until it was sorted out… one way or the other.

Adrestus, usually, was a bit of a neutralist. His entire family really didn’t get much into conflicts, and if they did have to pick sides, they really didn’t voice them all that loudly. Adrestus, usually, wasn’t a violent person, though he had been known to be violent when someone he cared about was in danger, disrespected, or worse. There was definitely another side to Adre when he felt threatened, and well, Lukos and the whole idea of Lukos brought that out in Adrestus. He had seen the blood, his ship being recked to pieces, his life being threatened and everyone he loved killed…. All because of one man. Lukos. He had been kissed by the very man he despised, and while he felt violated, he wasn’t about to let Lukos get away from him a second time. Sokari needed to be avenged…. Or at least he had to try. He grunted at the pain as Lukos twisted his arm, even though he hadn’t been surprised Lukos had caught him before he had the chance to do what he wanted to do to him."Fuck you! I'll kill you," He sneered at Lukos. It was the pirate that had destroyed his entire ship! Adrestus was no quitter, though, and while he had been thrown to the floor, Adrestus was just about to get up when Timeaus started to drag him away. Tim had been able to get to him now… but not when Lukos kissed him?! Great…. Adrestus frowned deeply over at Tim, showing his hurt. Adrestus struggled as Tim pinned down his arms. “Tim! Stop!” He didn’t understand… Lukos was right there!
Tim was somehow stronger than Adrestus was and suddenly they were outside the event. Adrestus pushed close to Tim, with a full mind to get back into the event and back to doing what he needed to do to Lukos. “I want to kill him.” Adrestus said slowly, ignoring Tim’s words about the event. It didn’t even matter to Adre anymore. “Lukos isn’t people Tim! He -” images flashed in his mind of the day he lost Sokari, and Adrestus pressed closer to the doorway of the event. “Let me back in,” He said, his voice serious. “Let me back in, I need to kill him! He took Sokari away!” His voice raised, but his sorrow cut in through his voice to show that he was obviously too emotional to really think. To where he didn’t know. But sokari was out there somewhere, lost and hurt, probably, maybe dead…. And Lukos had to answer to it. Adrestus looked towards Tim, his eyes full of hurt. “I just kissed a murderer.” His voice was low, and his hands turned into fists as he pushed closer towards the doorway still. He wasn’t going to push Tim though, and suddenly he pulled away, and, since he was emotional, he started to feel frustrated towards his friend. “You weren’t there Tim! You didn’t see all the blood! You would feel the same way about Lukos if you had just been there.” He glanced away from him, and noticed Saro, walking straight towards him. Fuck it all.

So he's signed up for fun - and just to see other people. Magnus had always been very much of a people watcher, who just likes to see how everyone reacts in a situation quite unusual to them. Lounging by the bar with a half-finished glass of gin and tonic in his hands, the man's black leather jacket over his black jeans made him appear very nondescript as he watched the proceedings. Obviously some were less happy then other's to be kissed- but they did sign up, afterall. So they really shouldn't be complaining.
But when a fight broke out, the man's eyes turned infinitelly more curious. Did these two have history? It certainly seemed so, and Magnus found himself so caught up in watching the two, he almost missed it when his name was called.
Eyes darting sharply back to the stage, the man rolled his own irises. He had been hoping for a pretty young broad for his entertainment for the night, but he guessed he had no choice. He did sign up, so he shouldn't complain.
Downing the remainder of his drink, the man straightened his jacket and smirked as he headed for the stage, just in time to see the other's being hauled out, before only peace and small chatter wasleft to fill the space. For a moment, the sharp eyes studied the scruffy looking man he was supposed to kiss, before Magnus shrugged. "Less dramatic definitely. Pretty... well, I am prettier then you, but that's not saying much." he muttered, rolling his eyes before he leaned in without warning.
With no time given for Lukos to even complain, Magnus pressed his lips quickly and chastely against the other's, not using any other body part to even graze Lukos's skin. It was over as quickly as it started, and the man took a step back as he dragged the back of his hand over his lips, before turning to look at the organizer again. "Next please, so I can wash my mouth."

"Ha!" Lesley laughed out loud as the fight broke out. "Yeah, get 'im!" He didn't clarify who he was cheering for, and he didn't make a single move to join in, though his palms itched at the thought of doing so. Obviously, this was over something personal and specific, not just a couple guys spitting over territory, and it got broken up anyway, before anything went flying or anyone stumbled into a bystander, which might have given him an excuse.
"Well that's more entertainment than a kissing booth," he commented dryly, not directing his words at anyone in particular. "Maybe next time we can do this with cage matches instead." He chucked and sipped his beer.
Was someone going to punch him next for running his mouth? Maybe. Would that bother him? Not at all.
