Rafail didn't particularly care for Christmas, and he really didn't care for all the charity galas and festivals and parties which came with the season. Daddy might well have been very clear about the importance of appearing charitable - at the very least - but the younger of the Marikas sons was reasonably confident that such annoying things could be left to Pavlos, and he could continue as happily as he currently did, because if nobody ever expected anything from Rafail, then he could do whatever he wished. Nonetheless, he had been persuaded into attending this particular event solely by the promise of a kissing booth (he could do charity if there was something in it for him too).
And wasn't he a lucky man? No sooner had Rafail handed over his entrance fee - hundred bucks, keep the change, cos a Marikas doesn't carry smaller bills - and dropped himself into a seat at the bar to order a glass of their best Sauvignon Blanc, than he heard his name being called over the loudspeaker. He hoped he was getting a proper looking woman, because Rafail was in no mood to get stuck making out with some trollop, and if he ended up trapped with two of them, then he was leaving and suing.
As he made his way to the main stage, he adjusted the single done-up button of his white blazer (some people could pull off Summer colours year-round), snatching a long-stemmed red rose from one of the decorations and flashing that bright smile at the blonde waiting for him. Oof, now that was just the kind of woman he'd been hoping he'd get out of this: gorgeous, golden-eyed and golden-haired, and dressed like a princess. Mama would have liked the look of her.
"Evening, princess. Rafail Marikas," he smiled at her, holding out a hand to take hers and plant a gentle kiss on it as he offered her the rose. "That one's for free."
Right, kissing. Stools were for fools and got in his way, so Rafail kicked his to the ground behind, stepping forward and using his grip on her hand to pull Nana up from her seat as well, so the pair of them were suitably positioned together. "You want it regular or Australian?" he asked, although he didn't bother to answer the question further, sliding both hands around her waist, one resting on the small of her back and the other closer to her shoulders to balance her in position as he dipped her down for the kiss. If there was one (out of a million) thing for sure about Rafail, it was that he knew he was a good kisser.
After a moment, he swung her back upright, hand lingering in place for a moment as he leaned in to whisper in her ear. "You'll remember that tonight." Rafail reached into the top interior pocket of his blazer, pulling out a business card and holding it out to her. "Call me when you want something good."

After the theatrics of planting a kiss on Silanos, the last thing she could have expected was for her next partner to upstage him.
From the time she heard his name called, she was certain that her next kiss would be anything but forgettable. Nana had only spoken to the man a handful of times, yet it was abundantly clear that he was a hardcore flirt and would chase just about anything that breathed. But, he was quite handsome, so Nana couldn't really complain.
Perhaps if he didn't exude confidence, she would have given him the eye concerning his clothing choices, but unlike most, he managed to make it work. Though, with his swagger, Nana wouldn't doubt him pulling off wearing a tablecloth.
Taking a seat as she waited for him to take the stage, unable to stop herself from cracking a smile at his own, happily giving her hand up as he leaned down to kiss it. Yet, she couldn't help but raise her eyebrows at his seemingly automatic introduction. Gods, this man was gutsy. "We've met before, Mr. Marikas."
Perhaps if he was actually trying to pick her up, she would have been offended, but this was for charity, after all, and Rafail's willingness to participate worked very well with Nana's objective of upsetting Timaeus. Quickly rising to her feet at her partner's pull, Nana quickly found herself in close proximity with the blond, though she couldn't say that she minded.
Furrowing her brows at his question, Nana was left with more questions than answers, and in her confusion was caught quite off-guard when the Marikas quickly slid his arms around her to dip her down into a kiss. Reflexively bringing her arms up to wrap around his neck for stability, Nana could not focus on the kiss as much as she would have liked to and breathed a sigh of relief when she was lifted back up.
Left more than a bit stirred by his kiss, Nana's pulse quickened as he leaned in, though she made no effort to pull away. "A bit cocky, aren't we?" she asked, giving him a small smirk, but nevertheless taking the business card he held out to her. "We'll see," she retorted, before quickly making her way off the stage and back to the bar, trying her hardest to fight the flush that threatened to appear on her face.

Late, late, forever late. A flighty girl with an intense hatred for charity schmoozing events, Neithotep H’Sheifa was lucky she even made it to the venue at all. Well-liquored prior to arriving, it was all she could do to stand up straight when the valet helped her from her family’s limo. Flashing him a smile that was just a little too bright, Nia straightened the red velvet gown that hugged her like a glove and did her best not to teeter over on the heels she should not have chosen after drinking so much.
Pushing an errant lock of hair from her face as she paid the doorman, Nia stumbled inside just in time to hear the voice calling her to the stage. Oh, that was right! She’d signed up for some event here tonight, hadn’t she? Fuzzy memories were starting to return of drunkenly entering her name in a pool for a kissing booth, snorting at herself and shaking her head. Well, at least it was for charity, and she wasn’t just locking lips with a random stranger for the hell of it.
Though, even so, it wouldn’t have been the first time.
Gathering her dignity, Nia rolled her shoulders back and straightened up, doing her best not to trip over her own feet while heading toward the stage. Luckily, she had plenty of practice in acting sober when she wasn’t; at least her mother’s forced etiquette classes came in handy for something.
Lips quirking when she saw who it was that she was supposed to kiss, she made a sound of appreciation deep in her throat. While she would have grinned and bore it either way, she was happy to see she hadn’t been chosen for some ancient ogre who couldn’t keep his hands still. She didn’t know who this man was, but he was certainly easy on the eyes.
“Well, well, look at you,” she purred as she stopped in front of him, her smirk deepening. “Neithotep H’Sheifa,” she introduced herself with a graceful incline of her head, holding out a hand for him to take. “Delighted to meet you.”
The fingertips of her free hand gently traced down the side of his face, stopping to lightly cup his chin. Chuckling, her eyes sparkled with mirth as she added, “And I’ll try to go easy on you.”
Leaning forward, warm, plush lips enveloped his, brushing over them once, twice, before stopping to linger a moment longer. Smiling and apparently satisfied, Nia pulled back and winked. Letting her hand drop from his face, she nodded to him. “Now, try not to dream about me, hm?”

Mihail was glad for Sil's presence because, although he liked Nana well enough, it was always more comfortable with three. Besides, although she was clearly gorgeous, she was not entirely his type, and he had always liked the look of Sil a bit more, so a little eye-candy was welcome. He accepted the shot gladly, downing it in a quick and easy movement and shrugged at the question. “Not much. I only just got here a short while ago, and Daddy has abandoned me, alas.” He shrugged, tightening the pout of his lips as if to accentuate his lipstick, but the conversation was cut short as Sil's name was called. “No worries, babe. Just don't be too long or I might end up drinking this one too.”
It seemed the evening was set to steal all his companions, however, for a moment later, Nana disappeared as well, and he was left alone at the bar, which certainly wasn't the first time. Usually, Mihail might have taken the chance to flirt with some other handsome man seated next to him, but he could not resist watching his friends kiss to spite Timaeus like that. Lucky girl, to be honest. Mihail would have wanted a little kiss from Sil, and he could wait until they were both off their tits on some fine drink or exported drug, but it would have been nice to have been suddenly called up without previous planning. Fate could never shine positively upon Mihail, could it?
When Silanos finally returned to his seat, Mihail passed back the man's drink, smiling at him. “How was that?” he questioned, sipping from his own glass, gaze drifting back towards Nana and where she sat accepting her second kiss form some handsome blonde. Everyone was blessed this evening. “Oh, and as for your question from earlier, I'm wearing lipstick because it makes my lips look super cute for all this kissing I gotta do tonight.” He puckered up, winking at Sil as he did so. “You wanna test them? It's for charity.”
Nana returned at that moment too, and he grinned at the girl. "Hey, babe. You're just about to witness a serious makeout sesh between me and Sil."

"Cocky only cos I can afford to be, Ms Leventi," Rafail answered, winking as she took the business card from his hand and started to step away. As she walked off again, the man was glad to see that she seemed suitably smitten with him, even though he could not see her face. That was what he liked to see in a lady, and especially one which he planned to see again later (there were no doubts that she would call the number on that card - prestigious company position aside, he knew she had enjoyed the kiss).
The next girl to approach the stage was equally gorgeous, the smile on his face did not wane, and he stood up to greet her as well. "A pleasure to meet you as well, Ms H'Sheifa. Rafail Marikas." He leaned in, dropping a soft kiss on the hand she extended, already loving the way she purred her words, knowing a born seductress when he saw one. After all, it was difficult for Rafail to be the way he was without recognising the same traits in those of the opposite gender.
He would have spoken again, but her hands were drifting across his cheeks, and cupping his chin, and he let himself fall to the action, returning the gentle kiss she placed on his lips and only momentarily letting her take control before he pushed back himself to add a light force to the action. Women liked it when men took control. "You are delightful," he commented once they had parted once more, reaching to fish another card from his pocket and pass it to the woman. "I am sure I can handle myself, but call me if your dreams cannot help but drift in my direction."
Rafail smiled at her once more, then stepped down from the stage to let the next individual step up, directing himself towards the entrance. A Marikas had made an appearance at the event, and he had vaguely provided for charity, so there was little else which needed doing. Well, one thing. He paused at the bar on his way out, smiling at Nana once more on his way. "Don't forget to call, honey." The Marikas gave her another bright smile, flashing his handsome teeth, and then made his way out.

Lesley looked up from his drink when he heard his name, and his lips quirked up as his eyes fell on the woman waiting on the stage, dark eyes and mediterranean-gold skin. It didn't make much difference to him, honestly, but he could appreciate beauty quite separately to whether he felt any drive to do anything about it.
He headed up to the stage, absently pushing his hair out of his face as he approached, then taking off his glasses and putting them in his pocket. He didn't need them up close, and he'd been told he looked better without them - and maybe it would make a difference to the lady. He tried to be kind, most of the time, even when it took consciously thinking about how.
"Hello," he greeted her quietly. Soft eyes, full mouth, quiet smile all muted the bad boy vibe from the lack of suit and the tattoo peeking out at the collar of his shirt. "Having fun?"

Nia grinned in delight at the man’s reciprocation of her flirting, her eyes remaining closed for a moment after he parted from their kiss. Lashes fluttering back open, she took his offered business card with a soft laugh. The words swam in her vision as she tried to read it before she gave up and simply tucked it in the bodice of her gown. Even if she forgot his name by the end of the night, surely she’d be reminded when she took off her dress.
Tip of her tongue running over scarlet lips, Nia’s smile deepened as his parting remark. “Rest assured, Rafail, your phone won’t be quiet for long.” Fingertips resting for a moment on her lower lip, her eyes sparkled with mirth as she watched him go. She always appreciated boldness in a man, especially when she’d initiated in the first place. There were many who didn’t appreciate such a thing, but clearly, he was not one of them.
Watching his stride for a moment longer, she turned to see the next kisser approaching the stage. Her smile stayed in place, lascivious eyes roaming him from head to toe. Apparently, she’d gotten lucky twice tonight, and she wondered who she had to thank for that.
“Hello, there,” she murmured in response to his greeting, hand resting on a lusciously curved hip. “Aren’t you a sight?”
At his question whether or not she was having fun, she chuckled. “The chance to kiss two deliciously hot men in a row? Why, I’d say I’m having the time of my life.” Grinning, she added, “I’m Nia. What’s your name, handsome?”
